All sales of digital products are final. No refunds are provided once access or download has been granted.

5. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are provided as personalised, one-to-one services.

Sessions must be scheduled in advance
You are responsible for attending at the agreed time
If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited
No-shows are non-refundable

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
You agree to provide accurate billing information.

Prices are listed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
